I had an amazing experience and gotta give a shout-out to the girls! I had an extremely traumatic piercing experience somewhere else and my piercing was in bad shape. I had went here to get a second opinion of the condition of the piercing, and Preslie, Jordan, and Ollie were the best emotional support team ever and were very empathetic toward my horrible experience and did everything they could to make me feel safe with them, they offered me snacks and beverages and advised me to get the piercing removed.
