Blair Heating is a great company. The offer a great product at a wonderful value. Seven years ago we purchased a new Trane furnace and AC. It was installed professionlly in two days. Since I purchased a service agreement, it is serviced twice a year.
Yesterday, the AC stopped working. I called them this morning which was a Sunday. They came out and I was expecting to pay a $125 service fee. The technician replaced a capacitor and it was working again. However since the AC unit was serviced within the last 30 days, he waived the service fee and it was only $70.
I'll be a Blair customer for life!
Very professional service on my rental property. The HVAC industry is full of those who are an unethical and overcharge for simple services. Damon explained exactly what was wrong with my furnaces coil and blower and gave me a fair price to correct everything and make my renter very happy. Thanks Damon and thank you Blair HVAC!
