Patrick from ARCO came out today to replace our cap that blew off our chimney because of the strong winds and storms recently. He was very personable and kind and got it done quickly and also replaced our screen cover on our smaller cap. Last year we had them redo the crown/flue tile on our chimney and they did an awesome job with that as well! Highly recommended!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
I am very impressed with the quality of people at ARCO and the work that was done for me. I dealt with Greg, Jeremy, & Isaac -- all went out of their way to do a great job. I had two old leaking skylights replaced, plus the chimney washed & sealed... all exactly as scheduled and they blended the old & new shingles in to match perfectly. Greg came back on his own time and put a tarp on my bedroom skylight (no charge) until Jeremy & Isaac could install a remote-controlled room-darkening blind for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Responded quickly and came toInspect the furnace. John was honest and told us it didn't need cleaning and charged us only for inspection in addition to providing some pro tips! Definitely recommend.
