I have been going to this vet for several years and I have no complaints. They are always honest about what needs to be done and give me a breakdown of the cost as I am on a budget. When we just had to decide whether needed to put my dog down or not, Dr Jenny provided a cost of whether or not it would better to keep him alive or not. Unfortunately, due to his X-rays, honest opinion, and facts, we decided to put him down. When we put him down, we were in the room, my daughter held him, gave him hisses and we even were allowed grieving time after he was pronounced. This is an awesome vet, and I would recommend them to everyone!!
I love these guys! We drive an hour away to have wonderful care. Staff is so friendly and they have patience when it comes to all my questions. We first took our bird and she is doing much better. Then we took our dog whom doesn't always want to leave mom. He usually sits on my lap the whole visit but do to virus we cannot go in. So I was really worried how this was going to work. Staff came out I handed her his ball she talked with us and with dog and he just walked away with her. I love these people!! My grumpy old dog came out proud and smiling like a kid saying "look mom I did it" I thank them for saving my bird and making my dog able to walk right again. I tell everyone to go to them.
I was there for a check-up for one of my dogs. Because around the house he was limping. Me I thought it was because of the ice and snow we had outside and he slipped. When I get there for my checkup it seems like his breathing has changed so the doctor goes and checks amount and says something wrong with his shoulder. Then the director goes back and gives him his X-rays then comes back out and tells me the bad news. The issue with my dog limping started almost a week ago. So only one day I had my dog and lost my dog due to bone cancer in the shoulder. Before I go home they gave him a shot that was supposed to help with pain oh my dog did was sleep. I'm guessing the medicine did not work and the pain was just way too much.
