“I absolutely LOVED my experience at this salon. I’ve been to countless places for tanning in the Middleburg Heights area, but nothing beats Palm Beach’s customer service. Every time I tan I am greeted with a smile and a true concern for my tanning journey. While I have pleasant experiences with all employees I have to give a huge thank you to the manager, Mia, who remembers my name and preferences every time I walk through the door. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely recommend!!!“

“This is the highest quality, cleanest, nicest and friendliest tanning place on the east or west side. After 30 years of experience it is the only place I would ever go. My first spray tan, so I didn’t know what to expect.
They went through the whole process. Answered all my questions. The owner even pulled up my car to make sure I didn’t get wet, since it was raining.
