This company took over our building from encore the only positive of out of that was we no longer had to deal with our sick, twisted, narcissistic regional. This company will write you up ( even though they claim it not a write up) if you are 7/10 of a percentage point off from your productivity. The only way to meet your productivity especially in my old building was to put an extra long lunch in at the end of the day so you had time to do your paperwork for the 12 patients that you would have in a 6-hour period this is referred to as magic minutes there's no way that they did not know this was going on this was also happening with encore and to top it all off they gave...read full review
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! Poor communication and staff support. They can't retain their employees! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! The facility they are contracted in at is "giving them the boot"!! They are only out for the money and lack concern for employees. Poor benefits! You can do better!
