“Jacobs came over and took care of a piece of metal siding that was torn off due to a bad storm. They came over and took the piece off so they could match the color and get the right length (you gotta love when customization). And then got all the tools they needed and came back. I gotta tell you that Jake is a super great guy and very skilled at what he does and gave us a great rate.We were super pleased with his service and professionalism and he communicated really well and kept us in the loop and all of this was around the Christmas season. I believe he came to finish things up December 27, so we are super thankful he came and help us out. The piece fits great and looks perfect, he did a stand out job. “I called Hines Roofing on a Thursday afternoon about a leaking ridge vent and an adjacent soft spot. Their crew, a great team of friendly guys with a fantastic work ethic, rearranged their schedule and were on my roof early the next morning before more rain fell. The new style ridge vent looks great and new shingles blended well with the existing. They noticed that the gap at the peaks was too narrow, and cut it larger fior better attic airflow.“
