Big thanks to Mr. Edem Aidam at this Charles Schwab! Mr. Aidam provided me and my mother with great customer service, he was extremely helpful in resolving an issue we had with an overnighted check. It was a great pleasure to have his assistance.
Kenji, one of the financial advisors at Charles Schwab, provided me with a great customer service. My Dad has some troubles with his account, and Kenji was very patient taking care of his needs. He did not promote any of the products even though he could have (and I would listen too). Just good customer service. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a good financial advisor with Charles Schwab.
