I’ve had several pleasant experiences at brownies. They did a fantastic job replacing my transmission in my Jeep. I had to return because there was air in my clutch line. They honored my warranty and helped fix it without question. Shaun has been honest and forthcoming. He’s earned a repeat customer.
I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY DAUGHTERS TRANSMISSION IN HER EQUANOX AND CAME IN WITH QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS BECAUSE IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR! SHAUN STALEY ANSWERED ALL MY MY QUESTIONS AND PUT IN A NEW REBYILT TRANSMISSION AND TORQUE CONVERTER! IT IS HARD TO FIND PEOPLE AS GENUINE AS THIS WAS TO ME!
Redoing my review took one month to finish the transmission we have it bac and working good windshield was cracked so will need to deal with that have a few more day and I return for a fluid leak check but so far good work won’t let me change the star rating need to work on communication
