Just had a great experience with Brownies. Was concerned about some noises my engine was making, and they scheduled me quickly, did a thorough check, and let me know what they found. Turned out it wasn’t the transmission after all, but they showed me what other things might be causing the noise and gave me excellent instructions for what I could do next. Didn’t charge me a thing for checking it out. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.

The team at IT was fantastic to work with. They helped walk me through the repair process and my portions for upgrading stock parts during the repair process. Thankfully, the repair ended up being minor and instead of getting a huge bill, they walked me through the issue and handled things in an incredibly generous manner that was more than I would have expected.
