Called Saturday for a tech to come loat my furnace. Caleb was sent out and he was there within a few hours. He told me what was wrong with my furnace (it's 15-20years old 🤦♀️). Gave me his recommendation and gave me pricing. Before he left I had an appointment scheduled for today (Tuesday) at 9 am for a new furnace installation. There was 2 techs sent this morning and they were actually there a little earlier than 9 which is fine. Currently they are working on taking the old one out and putting the new one in.
We were sick when another company was here for 2 seconds & told us we needed an entire new furnace! I called Bentley's and Caleb came right out and throughly went through our system, turns out we didn't need a new system at all ! He cleaned everything out & gave a little love and was good to go !!! Caleb took his time to make sure everything was perfect and they were all just so nice and right on top of everything !!! Absolutely amazing company, we even signed up for the loyalty program to continue service with Bentley's 5 stars all around!!!
