The store was closing (on a Friday) and I had to pick up my suits for a wedding the next day. It was totally my fault but the employee, who had already worked hard the entire day, was nice enough to still grab my suit even with the store closing. Thank you so much to this place and to this employee! Great service and would recommend this place to others.

I have been a long time customer with weekly visits and my recent visit will be my last. I've come to understand that the staff has been replaced from prior but the customer service aspect has really gone down. I tolerated the closings before 6 and the grumpy looks when entering the store but my recent visit just took me over the edge. May want to review customer relations with the front person as they could use tips on how to make a customer's experience not seem as if they are a bother. I politely packed my stuff up and walked out. Just lost a loyal customer. And I see you like to verify customers..last name is Facey!

I needed a dress cleaned for an upcoming function. They were courteous and did a great job! I will definitely use this service again. Ms Terry was wonderful to work with and my dress looked great!
