“WOW, JUST WOW! If you are looking to get your windows replaced, please do yourself a favor and call Tom at Just Windows! We had a fabulous experience with all three gents from JW: Tom, and our two installers Matt and Alan. Tom came over in the summer to give us a quote and had one of the BEST prices around, plus great reviews! Very nice, and kept us updated as to when our windows would be in, and ready to install. Fast forward to the installation, Matt and Alan were prompt, professional, and cleaned up everything when they finished! They worked around our our needs (sleeping husband and work at home wife), and truly made our home look brand new! Not only did they do an amazing job with our windows, but they cleaned up all the debris and old windows, and worked so efficiently. It was a breeze! Both men were friendly and Matt gave me a window tutorial at the end and kept us updated on the process and progress. BUT, the best part was that Matt noticed our front door and storm door were not installed quite right, and offered to fix it up a bit to where it should be! That front door has been a pain, and he made it 100 times better. I honestly cannot thank all three men enough for turning our house into a home! “We recently had windows done by Mentor Window and our entry door came in the other day to finish things off. I want to 1st start of by saying this company has it together. Amazing staff, the person that came out for the estimate was friendly, informative and straight forward with their pricing unlike the other 2 estimates we had. Their prices were also better than the other 2 places and they put in better windows after doing our research! Window crew was excellent, cleaned up immaculate after themselves ( I am a stickler on cleanliness ) Same with the entry door crew install, same crew, same amazing result! When it came time to pay we met with the owner and office staff. They were all truly grateful for our business and all said thank you including Steve the owner. If you are looking for windows and doors do yourself right and call them! Will be referring them from here to eternity.
