This place is filled with real knowledge from real martial artists. No watered down instruction. If you want to learn the right way from people who have real success this is the place for you. I highly recommend it for Karate, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and personal training.

My son (10 yrs old) has been training there for 2 years, so far, with an emphasis on "so far". He has a lot he wants to accomplish and the instructors here are phenomenal with the kids. He started with the group karate classes and ended up adding bo staff training and JiuJitsu. I've even gotten in the game as well by training in karate and participating in the kickboxing classes. When I'm not on the mats, I'm laughing with my friends in the parent room. This is a truly a supportive environment. The people here will help you reach whatever goal you set.
