Dr. Radel is amazing! A very great doctor. I will be back to see her, although the billing is questionable as I was billed $75 initially and paid, then months and months later they decided to randomly bill me $25 without any reasoning.
Dr Kannensohn is so thorough and honest. I love his care for my entire family. He has cared for 3 of my 4 children and from day one I have always been met with the utmost integral treatment. He even has a great team alongside him. I recommend him for any pediatric care. He is a phenomenal physician.
Check in is fast and service is fast. Usually very seamless and nice people. This last time tho…I’ve never had to take in my printed lab order before cause it’s always in the system and it’s never been an issue but this time they were very dramatic about it and expected me to know information about lab orders that mean nothing to mean. They ran around talking about not being able to find my order in their system like I was lying about having lab orders. Turns out they just missed the specific test on the papers they were able to pull up.
