TriDen installed new HVAC, and hot water tank 2021. Despite issues with parts due to covid, they met the challenges. Excellent work. They are always dependable, accommodating, pleasant when doing annual maintenance. Highly recommend.

The tech, Tom, was very professional. He also could have told me I need extra service and gave me the option. He showed me the issues and options. He didn't have to do that. His honesty will keep me using Tri-Den .
