I initially called them based on all of the signs I had seen in our area from the work that they had been doing and from the first call to the follow up texts, what an amazing experience. When I first called, the agent who helped me set up an appointment for them to come out was great. She was incredibly nice, took time to understand what was going on and assured me they could get someone out as soon as possible to take a look and walk me through options. My confidence and comfort was high right off the bat. Then Tony arrived the following day. Talk about professionalism. Showed up, met my wife and I, told us about him, RAW process and made sure he knew exactly what was on our minds and what our concerns were. He then did his thing investigating everywhere to make sure that things even we couldn't see were outlined for us. Withing minutes of completing his review he was able to share exactly what he and RAW could do for us, laid out multiple different options and explained everything that went in to each. Outlined their award winning approach to not only the process, the application but also their follow up and warranty. Tony and his team at RAW were incredible. Everything down to the dumpster delivery was thought out and planned and coordinated inside of our schedules. Day of, we got live updates with photos and calls. The whole team was even great with our little girls who were home, friendly and explained to even our 5 year old what was going on and all with a smile. The job required two days and that crew , wow were they working hard. The first night they stayed well past sundown and worked by flashlight to ensure that we were in a safe spot ahead of a coming storm. Our initial decision was 100% based on the professionalism and courtesy that we experience from initial call to Tony coming out. Sometimes in life once you sign the contract, that level of Care slips. Not In This Case. Not one single bit. They were amazing every single step of the way. We will 100% without a doubt not only use Tony, his crew & RAW again but we will recommend them to every single person we know who has roofing needs and do so confidently. “Timperio roofing did a great job on the roof. They were willing to do a third job and fix part the of incomplete job from the previous roofer. Bathroom vents were added and the baffles were corrected that were inferior from the previous roofer only a year old. Soffit vent openings were also corrected that had been an issue. Timperio roofing also worked with me for job timing with the constraints I had to work with. Timperio roofing is Highly recommended.“
