WOW - we had the pleasure of working with Jason and Tony from RAW Roofing for a complete roof replacement on our home. From beginning to end, their professionalism and dedication to quality shone through. This morning, the RAW Roofing team arrived to our home bright and early as expected. They carefully moved our patio furniture, flowers, and rugs, and protected everything with tarps. The crew, displayed remarkable efficiency and speed throughout the entire process. We had a complete tear-off of the old roof, needed additional ventilation and new gutters and downspouts. The team identified and replaced numerous sections of compromised and rotten wood, ensuring the new roof was installed on a solid foundation. One of the standout features of RAW Roofing’s service was their commitment to transparency. They provided us with a real-time link that allowed us to watch the progress of the project from start to finish. This included photos documenting every step and drone videos that offered a comprehensive view of the work being done. This level of communication and transparency gave us immense peace of mind. The guys moved our patio furniture, flowers and rugs and also tarped off as much as possible for protection. Raw Roofing did a great job on our home. They were a little high on the price side of things in comparison to other companies, but the quality they offered, along with the lifetime warranty, was worth the price difference. The crew did good work and cleaned up nicely. You couldn't even tell they were there. We were scheduled for our project to begin at 8:30AM. The crew showed up at 7:00AM, which presented a few obstacles for my wife, kids and myself leaving for work and school in the morning. I got a call about halfway through the day indicating that the team found some bad wood under one of the sides of our roof. We chose the option to replace the wood. They also informed me that the team needed to get inside to put down tarps in our 3-season room where they were repairing the sky lights. I told them to give me a little less than an hour and I could be home to let them in. I rushed home from work (45 mins away) only to find that the crew went forward with the sky light removal and left a pile of debris and leaves over our television and furniture in the 3-season room. I also find out that the plywood that needed to be replaced in the roof is complete and is going to cost me an additional $3000. That would have been good know before the work was done. While we wanted the wood replaced, we would have liked options. Come to find out, some of the wood that needed replacing was on a shed in the back yard that we planned on getting rid of in the next few years. Again, not a huge deal, but we were never offered an option. Knowing what wood needed replacing along with WHERE the wood would be replaced would have been good to know prior to the work being done. It's a courtesy thing. We appreciate and respect the top notch work their team did, I just hope they respect the budgets of their customers enough to tell them how much things will cost up front, prior to doing the work. Showing up on time would have been nice too. Showing up an hour and a half early presented problems for my family and I leaving for work and school in the morning. My recommendation for Raw Roofing is due to quality of work. Customer service needs a new coat of paint, but overall we were satisfied.
Extremely Happy Homeowners! We have been looking to replace our roof for well over a year. Multiple contractors didn't keep scheduled appointments and /or made promises they didn't keep. Then we met Zack with RAW Roofing! He came out and completed a thorough inspection and then scheduled a follow-up visit with us to provide a detailed estimate. We had a scheduled roof install within 5 days. The crew arrived and completed the job start to finish within 6 hours! It was impressive - no detail left unturned! Zach and the owner Kim were on site throughout the day to oversee the project and ensure our satisfaction. 5 star rating for professionalism, high quality product, and superb customer service.
