Fast, friendly service. They quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair, abd ensured all was working correctly before leaving. All at a very reasonable price for the amount of time spent and thorough inspection of system.
Our NewAir service technicians resolved quickly an issue that one of the local largest HVAC companies could not. After being left with a broken furnace in December by a very large company's service tech, we had to find another company. NewAir remedied our issue of our furnace shutting down for no apparent reason. That was 4 years ago. We are very grateful for the expertise of Lucas and Randall the owner. We had our yearly service call today to service check both our AC and older gas furnace. All went well after a very thorough check of both units. Service technician should up within a hour of receiving my call. Upon arrival Lucas was able to find the issue withing a few minutes. Was able to get our walk-in cooler fixed within in 1 hour.
