“Joao Creations loft #4 is the bomb in the area. His experience of 20+ years in the industry, but specialized in European hair techniques is unique to this area. He transformed me from brunette to platinum blonde in a day, which most hairstylists say “it’s a process that will take months”, not with Joao. But most importantly, my hair was not fried. It was still strong and beautiful color. I had so many compliments. He is friendly, calm and patient, very loving personality!!
