Tony did a great job installing my new sump pump and back up sump pump. Did a great job running new water line for the water back up - left the job neat and clean. Have enjoyed working with my Plumber on several projects - Thank you - John S.
Great experience with this company. I have seen the vans driving around Mentor and happened to stumble upon an ad in one of the money saving magazines that come in the mail. So, I decided to give them a call to replace an outside faucet at my elderly fathers home. Both Tiffany who answered the phone and Tony the plumber that came to the house were very professional. I was able to get an appointment within two days from when I called, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.
First time we used My Plumber for our home. Our plumber was Tony and his assistant Randy. Both gentleman were beyond informed and experts on the job. Tony went above the nornal plumber in explaining the work they completed and also informed us of a few things about our home's plumbing.
