Fyzical was a different experience from the start. They have great equipment options, staff that is knowledgeable and really listens and makes a plan based on you as an individual, not just your injury.

“Debbie, the owner, was so incredibly sweet. It was my first time doing a cold plunge, and she offered to stay with me the entire time - coaching me through it and helping me focus on breathing. I was nervous going in, but after a few minutes, my body started to warm up from the inside like Debbie had explained. “I went and saw Al today, and it was my first time. It was a great experience! He is the first massage therapist that really helped me with my knee issue, and explained logically what is going on. He took extra time massaging the thigh area to help elongate the muscles that are shortened from when I am sitting all day.He did an excellent job everywhere else that are my problem areas. The office is very nice and is a pleasant environment.He took extra time at the end to show me some neck and other stretches. He really seems to care about his clients, and wants to see them well.
