We love this place! My son has been a lil dragon for nearly 6 months and thanks to the staff and team I have seen huge changes in his confidence. I couldn’t recommend this place enough they do everything they can for your child to succeed and feel like a part of a team. The dojo is clean, the staff is so friendly and my son looks forward to class weekly.

Great atmosphere … focused on self defense and a whole lot more … my wife and I were looking to get our bodies in shape, however KI of Mentor ensures we get our minds in shape and watch out for others. The team of Sensei's are there to keep you on track and motivate you to the next level. Definitely worth pursuing.
