I started working out in May of 23. The fact that this is an “all-woman” gym was my motivation to get moving! I visit the gym every other day and feel so much better, have lost weight and really enjoy going! I can honestly say its The Best place, for me!!!!

Contours Express provides a non-intimidating environment where women can exercise, and it is one of the few women's gyms that offers real weight-bearing equipment for strength training. Classes offered in Zumba, Boot Camp, Pound, Chair Yoga, Stability Ball and others. Great instructors, friendly environment, great location, wonderful clean and fun. Classes throughout the day and evening. Silver Sneakers accepted, inclusive for all fitness levels and ages. I never felt intimidated (or distracted) by musclemen flexing their muscles. I never had to worry because there is none of that in this Women Only Gym! They only have all-female trainers who guided me every step of the way, so I never feel lost or unsure while working towards on my ideal body, fitness, and health goals.

Clean, friendly and welcoming is just part of what makes Contours "THE" place you want to be for your daily work outs! Great staff always there to help you with any questions you may have or help with your program. Many classes from Zumba to Yoga geared for a novice or an expert are offered and look around in class you will even find the owner Monica working out along side you. Whether you enjoy working out alone or in a group there is no excuse not to due to the more than accommodating hours of operation available. Contours along with staff and members make working out "FUN"!!!!
