Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. Counselors are great - however, they need to get more hours for people who WORK. You'd think they'd want people with real insurance, i.e. those who WORK for a living & need hours after 5. Also, they NEVER call you back after your session for follow-up appointments, contrary to what the counselor tells you. And the Garfield office is a hot mess.

Gave me the long awaited treatment I needed throughout my teens that I wasn’t able to receive. I can also send other medications to their pharmacy to be picked up and it’s very convenient.
