Carpet One was extremely easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured and got exactly what I needed working with Brandon. I am very pleased with the carpet and experience and will definitely be back for future needs.

Store was clean. Staff was polite and very accommodating. The quality of the materials offered were great, however it was just a little too pricey. Oddly, the carpeting was more expensive than the hard flooring that we we're discussing. If the price could have been brought down a little more, I would have been completely happy. No complaints with anything other than the pricing being a little high.

My husband and I just completed a major renovation of our condo. After consulting with several other companies, we chose Mentor Carpet One to install a new kitchen, laundry room and sunroom cabinets, quartz countertops and backsplash, redo our master bath shower and floor tile. We also installed new wood flooring.We could not be more pleased!! Rachel and Wanda were wonderful to work with and Ron, who did our installation, is a true craftsman.......his workmanship is amazing!!THANK YOU MENTOR CARPET ONE!!
