I have had a car detailed here 8-10 times since they opened and they do a phenomenal job. It is very reasonably priced for a high-quality cleaning. The young man who has been working there for a few years is top-notch and takes real pride in the work. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great experience. My car is spotless after getting the $17 wash. I was impressed by the extra effort that the employees gave by thoroughly spraying and hand washing my car before entering the automatic wash. I haven’t experienced this level of effort from other Mentor car wash places. The only constructive feedback that I have is that it would have been nice if one of those three employees that helped clean at the beginning should have been working at the exit of the wash. There was no one there. I am just used to seeing that service being provided by other car wash places. Not a big deal at all, but I had to drive up and park in a parking spot to fold my mirrors back... read full review
Had a voucher for their free Cardinal ($17) wash and was extremely impressed. Workers hose down and and brush the hatch before the wash. They have lots of nozzles of their dyers to actually dry the car off. Free powerful vacuums and air gun. Very impressed with this wash!
