Dog locked me out of my house (don't ask). I reached out to American Key Pros and I was inside my house within 30 minutes. Great service all around 10/10.
These people are awesome! Was so easy to get an appt. Commented on a FB post and he contacted me immediately and was available to see me that day but i needed next day and he got me in. I was having a very strange problem where my car kept trying to lock and unlock and would beep (not alarm) constantly like someone was pushing the buttons on key fob and replaced battery twice still was doing it. Once we thought it was fixed, still did it. So Sam diligently worked at trying to find the source of the problem and he did and Jennifer reset the fob to the car i think (not sure but she did something) and it worked!!! I'm so grateful to these two, that beeping was driving me crazy and I couldn't lock and unlock my doors only manually. Now everything works perfect! They make a great team and their price was awesome! Subaru would have charged over 200 to replace fob when I didn't have to. Thank you very much to both of you! I highly recommend their services!
Excellent Service. I was traveling from Florida and lost my keys. Called them and they came right to me and made me new keys. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism Sam and Jennifer have.
