“I absolutely love Lisa and Balance Strength! Well worth the money and time. I get sad when she says that at some point I'll reach my goal and won't come as often! I have had great, healthy results - about 2 pounds per week. Her approach, style, and attitude works for the real world. She gives you some guidelines for eating and some tips on how to work cake, vacations, and special occasions into your food plan. She pays attention to your specific needs, wants, and goals and pushes you but never too intensely. I highly recommend her training!“
“I have been a member at the rec since 2003 when my parents and I moved to Medina (i was not even a year old yet!) and have always been satisfied with the place. I come there a few times a week now as a college student and have utilized the rec during gym class when I was in high school. The only reason why I am not giving this five stars is because there were some occasions where I had to turn up my music louder or finish my workout early because toddlers were having tantrums for the wrong reasons while their parents were too lazy to deal with them. If there could be something put into place by the staff to help prevent tantrums from children ages 2-7 (without severe disabilities), that would be amazing! You guys rock. Thank you!“
