The office staff is friendly and helpful, with Crystal in the office being especially polite and supportive. Erika, another instructor, is highly praised for her patience, kindness, and effective teaching style, making learners feel comfortable and confident. She is known for helping students understand driving better and for her encouraging approach. However, there was a negative experience with an instructor named Diane, who was very rude and insulting, upsetting a young learner and criticizing their progress. Despite this, many students have successfully passed their exams, thanks to instructors like Erika, who boost confidence and provide excellent support throughout the learning process.
I have two reviews of Town and Country, one deserves 5 stars because of Crystal and Erika. Crystal in the office was always so polite and helpful every time I called to ask a question. She was a pleasure to talk to and work with and made this experience amazing!
Erika was my child’s instructor for 3 of her 4 sessions and was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, helpful, kind and made my child feel absolutely comfortable during her sessions. She taught my child things in a way they could understand and was if they made a mistake, she explained what they did incorrectly and taught them how to fix it. During my first in-car, I was absolutely terrified, but Erica helped me flip the script. She's dubbed the confidence booster and doesn't wear that title lightly! Finished my last in-car today and feelin' like a million bucks. She was very patient with me every session and gave me the courage to push forward in my driving career. If you're in need of a in-car instructor, Erica is the way to go.
Great driving school! My sister was able to schedule her on roads very quickly and even was able to reschedule when sick. She was able to go at her own pace and really enjoyed her experience.
