Our Bernadoodle was getting out of control when being walked. We spoke to the Dog Wizard in Medina and they had us bring Moose in. After a bit they suggested keeping him overnight for a week. We were reluctant but came back to a new dog. He was so happy to be obedient and stopped pulling like a freight train. It was fantastic and I would recommend it to others.
I absolutely love the Medina Dog Wizard. A few years ago I left my border collie Pluto there for a board-and-train, as he was beginning to be reactive and aggressive with people and animals outside the home. Though Pluto is still…particular let’s say, he is now so accepting of new people, and has been known to warm up to a dog or two once he’s gotten to be around them a few times! Just because he still has beef with the mailman means nothing! lol. Anyways, years later, I come back to the Medina Dog Wizard for boarding. 10 (maybe 11) days I’d be gone. It’d be the longest time I was away from Pluto and it’d be the longest time he’d be away from home. Plus, let’s be real, we all have read horror stories about people’s happy and healthy pets running away, getting sick, dying, etc when they board with the wrong place! With Pluto being still reactive to a point, I was terrified! Plus, he’s my spoiled boy, and I was so worried he’d be in a tiny crate and uncomfortable the whole time. But alas, the Medina Dog Wizard proved once again, they’re absolutely baller. Pluto was welcomed in, and his kennel was a good size, with water, a bed, and even a special cover to go over the front for when they’d be moving other dogs past him (so he doesn’t freak). They worked on some of his training and socialization, they have their own dog park that they use, which was amazing to see Pluto get to use as well, and I loveeeed the photos and videos that got uploaded! They gave him some extra chew treats that I packed for him (again, spoiled lol), brushed him, and cared for him as if he was their own. He came back to me happy, healthy, and in one piece! I truly cannot recommend them enough. I hope to start making time to join the pack walks as well, if not just send him off for a weekend trip lol! They’re seriously so great, genuinely give them a call!
The Dog Wizard, specifically Megan, and team did an incredible job with our little dog Stanley. The difference in our dog over a relatively short two weeks is incredible. Megan loved Stanley like he was her own, and made him feel safe and loved while she had him. He clearly enjoyed his time with Megan. Again, thank you so much, and absolutely incredible job!!
