I had to put my cat down earlier last week, and I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for this clinic. I was a wreck when iI found out what was going on, and that I wouldn’t financially be able to treat him. I called multiple, more local to me, clinics asking when he could get seen and or put down and they all showed extreme lack of empathy and wouldn’t be able to get him in for about a week and a half. Dr. Madison Baker and her staff took excellent care of our kitty. We scheduled a new patient appointment for the next day (due to a last-minute cancellation) and were treated with compassionate care. Our kitty needs prescription food and Dr. Baker thoroughly explained the process to obtain the script. She expertly administered vaccines and addressed any concerns we had for our cat. We were able to purchase the specialty food on-site. They even have an online store- I’d much rather support my local clinic than a big box corporation like Amazon or Chewy. Our kitty returns in 3 weeks for a booster and I’m at ease knowing he’s in great hands 🤗
I found a garden snake stuck to a piece of industrial tape at a job site a few miles from this vet clinic and took him in to try to get some help. Not only did they save his life by getting him off the tape they made me feel less crazy for crying over a wild snake lol.
This place and the people are great. If they can help save this poor little snake I'm sure they would be perfect with pets.
