Our garbage disposal went out and we called Sampsel to replace it. Angie answered our initial call and was so friendly and helpful, she even gave us a cost-saving tip. Danny was our technician who came out to check our other pipes to make sure they looked okay and to install the new disposal. He was thorough,instructing me with what I could watch for the next couple days, and walking me through our disposal’s private warranty policy. He was very friendly and helpful as well. Imagine our surprise when they said they knew of our son’s accident and were not going to charge us labor today. Such an incredibly kind gesture! It really shows how they value their customers.
