HUGE thank you to RJ Vernak Refrigeration and technician Dave. After calling not one, not two, but FOUR companies and them failing to send someone when they said they would - these guys came to the rescue!! A piece of equipment went down that would effect the operation of my business, and they had a technician to my store within 2 hours of my phone call! Within 5 minutes of him arriving, he found the problem and was fixing it! SOOOO impressed!!!!!!! While he was here, he looked at something else that had been giving me problems and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a part he had in his van. Dave was professional, we had great conversation and he's clearly incredibly knowledgeable!! There was no milking the clock, or upselling me on parts I don't need. Honest, fair and a great experience! These guys are going to be on my speed dial from this day forward!
