AVOID THEM. Worst, most ineffective driving "instructors" ever. Terrible, unqualified, unprofessional, negligent, rude, and ignorant. Don't even try to register a complaint, they will just continually cut you off and even if they do "hear" you, the aren't going to listen and they will do nothing but berate your student. They will use your time/dollars to text and smoke and run their own errands while the student sits bewildered, learning nothing.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Professional Driving School. Medina (main campus Parma). My son, due to extenuating circumstances, has decided to wait till he turns 18 to take the driver's exam. He had already made payment to Professional Driving School and asked for a refund as no services had been rendered. The school is refusing to give him a refund. Instead, they hide behind the fine print of their policy of no refunds after 6 months. The customer support has been unresponsive and at times smug & rude. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless you're prepared for frustration and disappointment. Buyers be aware of the fine print. I think it's shameful of a company to take money from teenagers when they have supplied nothing in return.
This place is terrible. With my first to go through, during her behind the wheel training, her instructor (the only one in Medina) took her to a parking lot where they “chatted” for about an hour. She asked my daughter questions about the most random topics that were totally unrelated to driving.For my second child, first, she did the online training and it took an entire month for her to get her certificate of completion. Then, when we signed up for BTW training, we were repeatedly accused of uploading an image of documents. They were not. My husband is in cybersecurity, for god’s sake, and knows how to upload a scanned .pdf. After several days of back and forth...read full review
