The staff at MPT in Medina cares for their clients and it shows. I am personally down 35 pounds in 6 months. I now know how to eat for the goals that have been set and it is nowhere near what I would have thought in the past. Thanks for helping me to get my health on track!

I feel I have a way to go on my exercise journey, but with the help of these great trainers, I am confident that I can reach my goals of losing weight, getting stronger and healthier. Joining MPT was the best decision I ever made! They've helped me stay accountable, focused and gave me the push I needed to reach the goals I couldn't reach on my own. I've dropped the pounds and gained muscle in it's place which helps keep me motivated to show up twice a week. All without having to starve myself or eat some fad diet food. I no longer cringe when I see myself in the mirror. I highly recommend MPT!!
