Woke up to a hot water tank break….freaked out…who to call??? Called Medina Heating and Cooling(remembered our service man telling us they also did plumbing)called at eight sharp, return call by 8:30….tech was here by nine …assessed the situation….(can fix today!!!)tank was shot… called in to assistant about what was needed…. He brought everything with him…except shut off valve…needed because new tank was higher and needed all the previous plumbing reworked…went and got a new shut off valve)both guys were excellent , felt like we had family working on it for us( never mind they both looked to be twenty…yes my husband and I are 55 and 61 respectively)...read full review

Had a quote done on both furnace and compressor replacement. Was able to schedule quickly and the installers were great. Everything has been running great and we will continue to use them for yearly inspections. Highly recommended.Services: Heating system installation

The gas company subcontractor replaced my gas line and moved the meter out of the basement, and as they pressure checked my inside lines, a leak was detected inside the heat box of my furnace. I called and within an hour had a response to my home. Absolutely impressive. Ive been a customer since 2005 and have always had great experiences with this company.
