We got a flat on the way from Cleveland to Columbus and Joe S. was so quick to arrive and even helped us track down a hard to find tire at Firestone. Even checked the other three tires to make sure we were safe. Thanks Joe!
Stranded on interstate 71 going south from Cleveland to Columbus. Called AAA and they sent out Joe and he was amazing! Took us to our hotel as well as dropping off our vehicle at the nearest automobile repair. Great job Joe!
I was in a pinch tonight and my car battery was dead and needed replacing. Scott came to the rescue and was a LIFESAVER. He was so kind with me. He was quick and professional.
