There are not enough nice words to say about Bill Higham. The entire crew was very pleasant and professional. They got in, did their job and always cleaned up after themselves. Bill takes great pride in the work that he does and does not rush to get to the next job. He takes the time to get the job done right.
Bill built our first wood deck in 2008 and replaced it with composite decking and aluminum railing in 2024. Photos are of original wood deck built in 2008 and before and after in 2024.

Best contractor we ever worked with! Communication was top notch. Bill always responded quickly to our emails and kept us informed during the whole process. The crew was friendly and professional and did a great job replacing our old deck with a new one. We highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Higham Construction. Bill and his team did outstanding job on my deck. Bill came out quickly when I first called . Bill had a very detailed estimate with prices of some of the upgrades we talked about that evening. When we agreed to move forward gave me the timeframe and stuck to it. Bill communication was superb every step of the way. Best of all the deck came out beautiful and he had a great warranty!
