Had a terrible experience at the Beuhler’s Plaza location. Came here and the manager took care of me for no charge. Friendly and gave me a great haircut. This is the only Great Clips I’ll be going to from now on.

She's a big part of the reason I've come back to the North Court store for nearly 20 years. I'm sorry to hear she's moved out to Mentor. I hope something will bring her back soon.
