We had used GC last year and took a break thinking we would be good on our own but started back up recently after we had a baby. Amy, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating of requests and schedule changes The cleaners are so respectful and timely. They do an awesome job and the house always looks immaculate. We had a cleaner today carry our elderly dog over to his bed because he gets nervous on the hardwood. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an awesome cleaning company in the Medina area.

I used Gold Star cleaning at my coffee shop and I am beyond thrilled with the result. We couldn't find someone to clean the exterior of our exposed duct work so a good scrub was overdue. The two men that came out to clean it were extremely polite, hard workers and they came back the next day with another cleaning solution because they weren't happy with the small areas that didn't come absolutely clean. Cost was reasonable and I will have them out again. Can't say enough.
