Edit 5/7/24: The owner reached out to me after posting this review. We discussed the issue further and they agreed to issue a full refund for the unsuccessful repairs. I will say I wish this resolution was reached before leaving a review, but am really appreciative and glad we ended on a positive note and the situation was made right. Just had my roof replaced by Fixler Roofing. I could not be more satisfied and happy by the professional work and the process and efficiency of them everything was taken care of by the whole team. I would highly recommend them .Thank You Debbie

We just had Fixler Roofing come out to inspect a small leak. They were prompt, professional, explained the issue in a way I could understand, took photos, and were so kind. I would call them again without hesitation and highly recommend to the Medina area.
