Charak Center for Health and Wellness

This is an awful place to be. I worked there as a nurse and the director thinks he is untouchable. He once compared working at Charak being better than God. He's a narcissist and preys on those with Medicaid and Medicare. He's an icky tiny little man who made myself and another nurse feel uncomfortable and that was in a group setting!!!!!!! He would ask for us to compliment him, ......"how do you guys like my suit today? Where are my lady's?" This place is the worst psychiatric facility I have ever been too. As soon as I walked in, the place smelled like mildew. And the receptionist and manager, Heather, is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I walked in to her telling a patient she didn't care about what pharmacy she was using, which should have been the first red flag. She was very rude to me while I will filling out paperwork and treated me like I was stupid. The doctor herself was very nice, I thought the experience with her was very professional. Doctor was unprofessional! Phones never work and they are under staffed. Dr Anikeev gives terrible advice and never showed up to my appointment last time. On top of that, never refilled my Rx so I went through withdrawal and had to call my primary for a month refill to tide me over while I found another doctor. When he showed up to the following appointment (video appointment) and I was asked how I felt, I told Dr. Anikeev how I was feeling about my treatment there, he told me to talk to a manager and hung up on me!
