“We recently had tile flooring installed in 2 rooms and an upstairs hallway. The original installers could not show up due to a family emergency. That’s when John Stanton and Scott Wilson stepped up and took on the project. They “hit the floor running” and completed the project in 2 1/2 days. That included putting on new baseboards and reconstructing a step in between the living room and family room. John and Scott were very polite and kept everything clean as they worked. “First time having carpet cleaning service. First of all, I messaged several places and not all responded. Ideal was the one that responded. The communication was great and clear. The service was on time. We gave a tour and Curtis listed again which area should be cleaned and very quickly started working on it. The process was very simple, smooth and fast! We were happy about how easy we communicated and he was very experienced. During cleaning, Curtis would ask us to check the result while he was doing other areas. The service also includes sofa and hard floor cleaning. It was a great weather that day. The uncovered carpet almost dried in just a few hours.
