    I absolutely love Lisa and Balance Strength! Well worth the money and time. I get sad when she says that at some point I'll reach my goal and won't come as often! I have had great, healthy results - about 2 pounds per week. Her approach, style, and attitude works for the real world. She gives you some guidelines for eating and some tips on how to work cake, vacations, and special occasions into your food plan. She pays attention to your specific needs, wants, and goals and pushes you but never too intensely. I highly recommend her training!
