First impressions calling im for a car lock out office was very short not the friendliest 😅 but fairly quick getting back to me.. The tech Tim was absolutely amazing very kind an polite. The world needs more positive people like him he quickly had me inside my car within 30 secs. If I ever needed this service again I would pray Tim was who came to save the day. I had issues with other locksmiths in northeast Ohio but I luckily reached out to Albright Locksmith in Medina Ohio and had an exceptional experience that met all expectations. Tim very was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had a goal of meeting my needs to the fullest. He assisted in programming a new key fab for my Honda Pilot and did it in a timely manner with the utmost respect and courtesy.
