He was very responsive over phone and text, did a very thorough inspection of our two homes, and took the time to write up a detailed and well documented report. It was such a relief to be able to talk to the guy that did the inspection so quickly after it was done, while the details were fresh in his mind. Very happy with our experience.

His assessment of our electrical system was confirmed by a licensed electrician and prevented an extremely unsafe living environment. He was on time, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of our home. It’s a fixer upper for sure but Colin made sure to point out what was good in the home right alongside any issues. Cannot recommend him enough!
