Did a good job answering the phone and they even answered while on vacation to let us know they would get back to us as soon as they were back in town. They held up on their promise and called back as soon as they got into town and then came the next day to help with our issue. Knew exactly what he needed to do and even ran out to get a part we needed since my grandma couldn't. They also did waterlines and installed a main shut off valve inside the house when the lines kept bursting during the winter. They were extremely helpful and we are grateful as they were one of the only people who would actually show up to help us out.
I have a problem with rich which is the brother of the man that own the company..hes rude (rich) says things that he shouldnt very bad for his brothers business..and he gets mad if you ask him to take the trash away ..
TOOK YOUR HOT WATER TANK OUT....THE ANODE RODS , NOT RITE...YOU KNEW THIS....GOT NEW ONE MYSELF AND PLUMBED TO IT....PUT URS OUT FOR TRASHMAN....MOMMA WAS 86, WHEN U DID HER THAT WAY......BUT BELIEVE ME,,,YOU HURT YOURSELF ALOT MORE, BELIEVE ME...AND NOT DONE YET.....WILLIAM D. WELKER
