We have been going to Target Optical for so long we can't remember the date. The service there is far above anything you will receive elsewhere. Dr Smith is a familiar and trusted professional as are the office staff. Privacy is always respected. The facility is always clean and we always leave smiling. We have never been disappointed in our glasses.

I came in looking for just a repair kit. Instead the Manager Jess gave me excellent customer service. She fixed the nose pads and cleaned my glasses! In an age where customer service has gone lacking, she was the epitome of great customer service. She greeted me with a smile, told me she'd be happy to fix my nose pad and cleaned my glasses.
