Dr Smith is a familiar and trusted professional as are the office staff. Privacy is always respected. The facility is always clean and we always leave smiling. Maybe this company should really read the reviews. I saw another review about the man that works there. Very unprofessional, very hurry up and get out of here approach to providing services, and completely is the reason for 3 stars. If it wasn't for the Doctor or the lady, I would give 1 star. I asked the man for my eye prescription, he had to have gone in the computer and deleted my dam prescription values.. how do you give a patient a half eye prescription? I'm definitely going to call my insurance company and make a complaint. I'm entitled to my full prescription. No it did not occur to me to check, why would I, I have never had an eyeglass place do this. Its my information not his. What's wrong with this man? This was my first time there. He rushed me placing my order for my glasses and then rushed me when I picked up“
